The romance of Rome is always a good backdrop for any occasion – weddings included. But to really make your big day special, choose one of the favourite sights.
Arrange an excursion into the city to tour the Vatican or St. Peter’s Basilica. As for the vino? The region’s best sommeliers will keep your wineglasses full.

Day 1
Arrival

You will be welcomed by our chauffeur on your arrival at the airport and taken to the Hotel.
You and your guests will be welcomed at the hotel by the staff and a light lunch will be served.

15.00 Guided tour of the Historic Centre.

18.00 Appointment with your wedding planner. Visit to the venue of your wedding.

19:30 Welcome Evening. Cocktails and drinks.
20.30 Dinner at the hotel for you and your guests with Italian food and Italian wine.

Day 2

Your guests will enjoy a full day guided tour of the Vatican and Ancient Rome.

Lunch is included.

The bride can spend part of the day shopping, or meeting the photographer, the make-up artist and hair stylist. In the late afternoon she and her friends will relax in a luxury Spa, exclusively reserved for your party; after the various treatments, cocktails and finger food will be served.

The groom and his friends can have dinner with wine tasting in one of Rome’s best restaurants.

Day 3
Wedding

In the morning free time for the guests.
Make-up artist and hair stylist will be at disposal for bridal, groom and guests. Photographers will take pictures of the whole wedding day. Incredibly hot shots will be done with a drone.
The florist will take care of boutonnieres, bridal bouquet and flowers decorations.

17:00 Blessing ceremony on the Sergej Terrace (or Diaghilev room in case of bad weather).
Say your “I do’s” in the middle of a unique sight.
Make an Entrance: It’s one moment from your wedding you’ll probably remember forever, so pick a grand entrance song that you love!

18:00-19:00 Photo shooting for the bride and the groom in front of the most beautiful monuments of the Eternal City.

19:00 Wedding banquet in the Garden Pergolato (or Torlonia room in case of bad weather).
Candles, lanterns, thousands of soap-bubbles.
Surprise! You will get valuable hints that you can use to surprise your family and guests: entertainment with live-band, musicians in costumes, singers, magician and professionals dancers etc.
After dinner it’s party time with live music or deejay; open bar until late. Drinks ahoy!
A shot of personality: Leave a glass bowl with cards and pens beside it, with a note asking guests to contribute a favorite memory of you or your husband.

Added bonus: Your wedding favours can be customized bottles of Italian olive oil from veins that are over a hundred years old.

Day 4
Departure

End your celebration, dropping your guests off in Rome for easy access to international flights, while you and your beau honeymoon in … Tuscany or Amalfi Coast…

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
