Day 1
Arrival

You will be welcomed by our chauffeur on your arrival at the airport and taken to the Hotel. You’ll find a charming villa and gardens. The hotel team will welcome guests with a glass of Prosecco, show the gardens and the places around the villa. They will assist you personally during all stay contributing to make it an unforgettable experience.

During the afternoon, women could choose to have a relaxing massage, a manicure and a pedicure to the Spa of the Hotel or go to Florence. We organize a personal shopper service with a team of dedicated top international professionals offering an exclusive, fulfilling and stress-free shopping experience in the areas of Fashion, Art, Craftsmanship and Design.

Or you prefer to relax beside the pool?

Men could go in a luxurious travelling bus for a wine tour in the Chianti area and catch the opportunity to know wine production secrets. Ride in the vineyards and visit the wineries, where wine is produced and preserved, and learn about how this nectar is made. A private reception in a wine cellar. An epic afternoon with Italian food and wine.

Day 2
Wedding

After breakfast the preparation for the symbolic ceremony will start. Make-up artist and hair stylist will be at disposal for bridal, groom and guests. Photographers will take pictures of the whole wedding day. Incredibly hot shots will be done with a drone. The florist will take care of boutonnieres, bridal bouquet and flowers decorations.

Say your “I do’s” in the middle of the Italian-style garden.
Make an Entrance: it’s one moment from your wedding you’ll probably remember forever, so pick a grand entrance song that you love!
Penning your own vows is also one of the loveliest ways to personalize your wedding. Get inspired to start writing your own…
After the ceremony, you and your new spouse can enjoy a ride into the city. Rent a sweet set of vintage wheels to ride away! It’s the perfect backdrop to snap wedding pictures while your guests await your return while snacking on traditional Italian dishes at the Terrace.

Day 3
After Wedding

14.00 Arrange an excursion into the city to tour Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo.

20.00 Dinner with music to thank all the guests before departure.

A shot of personality: Leave a glass bowl with cards and pens beside it, with a note asking guests to contribute a favorite memory of you or your husband.

Added bonus: Your wedding favours can be customized bottles of olive oil from veins that are over a hundred years old.

Day 4
Departure

End your celebration in Florence, dropping your guests off in Rome for easy access to international flights, while you and your beau honeymoon in … the South of Italy…
