Day 1
Arrival
You will be welcomed by one of our chauffeurs on your arrival at the airport and taken to your chosen place of stay.
Welcome gift upon arrival: Bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruits. Meeting Program for your stay.
Upon arrival, you will have time to settle in and relax (choose from the Concierge Collection and activities: SPA, tennis, yoga, relaxing in the gardens or beside the pool, bike tour, tour with a vintage car, wine tasting).

Welcome Evening.

20.00 Dinner (4 course tasting menu), Italian Wine. Live Music: Jazz.

Day 2
Meeting 1
Leisure activities in the morning: Jogging, Yoga, Horse-riding with English-speaking instructors.

14.00-16.30 Meeting Part 2.
17.00-19.00 Falconry display. Falconry is the hunting of wild quarry in its natural state and habitat by means of a trained bird of prey. This ancient art is a very demanding endeavour, requiring dedication, time and energy from the falconer. Falconry displays are an essential part of the Medieval festivals held throughout Tuscany. We can arrange for a local Falconer and his trained hawks to perform for guests. Guests can also partake in this activity and be instructed on how to control these majestic birds of prey.

Day 3
Meeting 2
Leisure activities in the morning: Jogging, Yoga, Horse-riding with English-speaking instructors.

16.30-19.30 Trip to Siena. Back to Medieval Tuscany. Walk through the heart of the city, Piazza del Campo, Fonte Gaia, Duomo

14.00-16.00 Meeting Part 2.
16.00 Trip to Florence and back. A classic Tuscan experience includes Florence. Highlights: Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Duomo, Piazzale Michelangelo.
20.30 Dinner in Florence at the Michelin starred Restaurant “La bottega del Buon Caffé”.

Nightlife: Book a table on high for bright lights, big views, and delicious Italian food, wine and cocktails.

Day 5

Departure
Transport from the place of accommodation to the airport.
