About Villa Piccolomini: Villa Piccolomini lies in the heart of Rome, next to the Colle del Gianicolo. It’s a renaissance building, founded in 1458 by the pope Pio II. The complex also includes the “Rina Morelli and Paolo Stoppa” pavilion theatre and the large “Leo De Berardinis and Perla Peragallo” conservatory. The Villa is surrounded by a vast park “all’italiana”.

Day 1

Arrival
You will be welcomed by one of our chauffeurs on your arrival at the airport and taken to your chosen place of stay.

Light lunch at the hotel (different timing each person, depending on the participants’ arrival).

Transfer to the Historical Centre by private bus.

Guided tour of the city with a private official guide (there are many itineraries to choose from).

Dinner at a restaurant of the Historical Centre.

Day 2

Meeting 1
Leisure activities in the morning available at the hotel: Jogging, Yoga, Spa, Gym with English-speaking personal trainer, etc.
Transfer by private bus to the conference venue.
Meeting. Part 1.
12.30 Buffet lunch (either in the garden or inside)
Meeting. Part 2.

19.00 Cocktail and snacks.
20.30 Dinner (either in the garden or inside).

The evening can be enlivened with live music.

Day 3
Meeting 2
Leisure activities in the morning available at the hotel: Jogging, Yoga, Spa, Gym with English-speaking personal trainer, etc.
Transfer by private bus to the conference venue.
Meeting. Part 1.
12.30 Buffet lunch (either in the garden or in one of the beautiful rooms)
Meeting. Part 2. Final section.
Transfer back to the hotel.
Free time before dinner.

19.30 Transfer by private bus to one of the following locations, opened and reserved exclusively for you:

  • Palazzo Colonna

  • Casino dell’Aurora

Guided tour of the Palazzo by private official guide.
Cocktail and snacks.
Dinner.
Transfer back to the hotel.

Day 4
Departure
Transfer from the place of accommodation to the airport (or another destination).
